Interviewer : Hello. Please take a seat.
Lari : Thank you
Interviewer : Could you please introduce yourself?
Lari : Well, my name is Ms Bagetti. I like meeting people and learn from them .
Interviewer : Let's talk about your studies first, Why did you choose your course as your field of study?
Lari : I've always been interested in this field.
Interviewer : What's your graduation date?
Lari : I will graduate this year.
Interviewer : Which lecturer did you like most, and why?
Lari : I like ....because he is analytical.
Interviewer : Explain to me why you have applied for a position in our company.
Lari : I'm very interested in your company's field. As far as I'm concerned it is one of the best in the market.
Interviewer : What do you know about our company.
Lari : Your employes like to work here.
Interview : I see you never had a job before . What are your expectatives about it?
Lari : I really feel I'm prepared to deal with it. I hope to get a lots of experience, new skills and friends.
Interviewer : What do you think determines an employees' progress in a company such as ours?
Lari : Interpersonal and technical skills are very important but it's also important to follow company's politics and getting along well with everyone.
Interviewer : Some management questions for you. Suggest a cheap, effective way to motivate employees.
Lari : I propose giving share options as bonuses.
Interviewer : If you admit a mistake, a customer might take legal action. How would you handle this?
Lari : I would apologise only for the customer's disappointment.
Interviewer : Tell me about your leadership experience.
Lari : That's a hard question to answer because this will be my first job. Certainly after five or ten years I will be able to answer this question.
Interviewer : What qualities would you expect of people working as a team?
Lari : I expect co - operativeness and enthusiasm. As a team we must get along well one each other and finding colective solutions for many situations.
Interviewer : What did you find most challenging about leading a team?
Lari : I find it hard to criticise them , even though I know sometimes it's necessary to get them on focus.
Interviewer : What do you think are the most important skills for a manager?
Lari : I think that a good communication is the key to manage different situations. A manager must be persuassive and a good listener.
Interviewer : How would you deal with subordinates who create a bad atmosphere in your team?
Lari : Firstly I would talk to him or her to find out the problem and find a way around it in order to bring the good atmosphere back.
Interviewer : If you were managing a project, what would you need from the company?
Lari : Resources, equipment,information and advice. My opinion and feeling are very important but the company needs are much more.
Interviewer : Would you describe yourself as aggressive or assertive?
Lari : I can be either when I need to be.
Interviewer : Let's talk about your self-awareness. What weaknesses do you have?
Lari : As a student I have theorical knowledge about this position even though I lack experience.

I know that business lessons are boring and I don't like it either but it's necessary to get down to them , considering that our focus is exactly being prepared to ace a job interview in English. * I believe a person must be honest in his relationship and dedicated to his proffession. Be selfconfident to solve problem in its best solution.

* I am basically a simple adjusting and funloving person whom others consider as sincere and friendly too.But they also consider me as modest and I dont know whether I am all this.

2- Why did you leave your last job?
* Actually I didn't leave any job considering that this is my first experience . I found myself bored with my condition and looking for more challenges. I am an excellent candidate and I didn't want my unhappiness to have any impact on my future. I'm really ready to face this challenge.
