Lari : Hello
Interviewer : Hello. Please take a seat.
Lari : Thank you
Interviewer : Could you please introduce yourself?
Lari : Well, my name is Ms Bagetti. I like meeting people and learn from them .
Interviewer : Let's talk about your studies first, Why did you choose your course as your field of study?
Lari : I've always been interested in this field.
Interviewer : What's your graduation date?
Lari : I will graduate this year.
Interviewer : Which lecturer did you like most, and why?
Lari : I like ....because he is analytical.
Interviewer : Explain to me why you have applied for a position in our company.
Lari : I'm very interested in your company's field. As far as I'm concerned it is one of the best in the market.
Interviewer : What do you know about our company.
Lari : Your employes like to work here.
Interview : I see you never had a job before . What are your expectatives about it?
Lari : I really feel I'm prepared to deal with it. I hope to get a lots of experience, new skills and friends.
Interviewer : What do you think determines an employees' progress in a company such as ours?
Lari : Interpersonal and technical skills are very important but it's also important to follow company's politics and getting along well with everyone.
Interviewer : Some management questions for you. Suggest a cheap, effective way to motivate employees.
Lari : I propose giving share options as bonuses.
Interviewer : If you admit a mistake, a customer might take legal action. How would you handle this?
Lari : I would apologise only for the customer's disappointment.
Interviewer : Tell me about your leadership experience.
Lari : That's a hard question to answer because this will be my first job. Certainly after five or ten years I will be able to answer this question.
Interviewer : What qualities would you expect of people working as a team?
Lari : I expect co - operativeness and enthusiasm. As a team we must get along well one each other and finding colective solutions for many situations.
Interviewer : What did you find most challenging about leading a team?
Lari : I find it hard to criticise them , even though I know sometimes it's necessary to get them on focus.
Interviewer : What do you think are the most important skills for a manager?
Lari : I think that a good communication is the key to manage different situations. A manager must be persuassive and a good listener.
Interviewer : How would you deal with subordinates who create a bad atmosphere in your team?
Lari : Firstly I would talk to him or her to find out the problem and find a way around it in order to bring the good atmosphere back.
Interviewer : If you were managing a project, what would you need from the company?
Lari : Resources, equipment,information and advice. My opinion and feeling are very important but the company needs are much more.
Interviewer : Would you describe yourself as aggressive or assertive?
Lari : I can be either when I need to be.
Interviewer : Let's talk about your self-awareness. What weaknesses do you have?
Lari : As a student I have theorical knowledge about this position even though I lack experience.
Interviewer : Well Ms Bagetti, that's the end of the interview. Do you have any questions?
Lari : I have no questions. Thank you for your time.

At flights airport
Larissa has arrived at the flights airport to catch flight B A 201 to Georgia.
Larissa : porter ! Porter?
Porter: Yes Madam. Only one bag? What flight and flights airlines Madam?
Larissa: Domestic travel to Georgia.
Porter: This way Madam. ( the porter takes her to the airline ticket booking counter
Porter: One piece Madam? Here is your travel baggage ticket.
Larissa (To the porter). Has the flight to Georgia been called yet?
Porter Yes Madam. Please stand in that line and wait for your turn.
Voice on the P.A. system = " Your attention please. Calling all passengers traveling by American Airlines Flight No.201 to Georgia. Passengers are requested to check in travel baggage at the ticket counter. Thank you.
Man at the Ticket counter: Your air ticket to Georgia , Madam. Please place your luggage suitcase on weighing machine . As per the airlines luggage regulations, baggage allowance is only 20 kg.
Larissa: Where is the weighing machine..I have some excess baggage
Man at the Ticket counter = Just at your right hand side. Thank you Madam. Here is your excess baggage ticket, Do you have any hand baggage?
Larissa = Yes, one piece.
Man at the Ticket counter = Here is a baggage tag for your hand baggage. Please keep the excess baggage ticket carefully madam. You’ll require it to claim your excess baggage at Georgia. Here is your flight ticket and your boarding card. Thank you. Next please.

Larissa sits on a couch in the waiting lounge.
Girl on the P.A. System = " All passengers traveling to Georgia by American Airlines flight No.201 are requested to proceed for airport security check. Thank you.
(Inside the security check enclosure).
Larissa = What do you want to check?
Security Inspector = Are you carrying any fire arms or a pointed instrument?
Larissa = No I do not have any kind of fire arms.
Inspector (Feeling Larissa all over). This is just routine, madam. We have to be careful about security , you know. What with all these hijackings going on.
Larissa = Yes, the newspapers are full of it these hijackings. I wonder how these people do it?
Airport Security Check
Inspector = Do you have any hand baggage ?
Larissa = Yes.
Inspector = Please open it. Right, that is all. Here let me stamp your Boarding card. Thank you.
Larissa passes through the security check enclosure and waits in another lounge
After ten minutes.
Hand Baggage
Girl on the P.A.System = American Airlines Flight 201 to Georgia is now ready for departure. Passengers are requested to proceed to the aircraft. Please keep your boarding cards ready.
Larissa (To the passenger walking next to him). " Excuse me madam, which is the aeroplane that we board?
Passenger = The airport shuttle bus standing at the entrance will take us to the aircraft.

Larissa = Excuse me, where do I go?
Ground Hostess = Please get into that bus
Larissa = (sitting in the American Airlines bus, talks to her neighbour). I must say, I’m most impressed with the efficiency of the Airlines. Air travel is so much more organized, faster cleaner than any other form of travel. Don’t you think so?
Fellow Passenger = Yes. It certainly is the fastest way of getting from one place to another. I am a businesswoman. Very often I travel to Havana by the morning plane, do my work in Cuba and then return to Rio by the evening flight.

Larissa = Isn’t that wonderful? You can travel 20000 miles in a day and do a full day’s work as well.
Fellow Passenger = Yes, but this business of Security check wastes so much time. Then the planes are not keeping to their correct timings. Sometimes it can be very frustrating and upsetting too.
Larissa = Here we are Madam. May I hold one of your luggage bags ?
Fellow Passenger = No thank you . I can carry my bag luggage. Thank you all the same for the offer.
